Marstall

The Marstall was built in 1821 – 1824 in place of an old riding stable and served as a summer theater until the inauguration of the Putbusser Theater. Even today, the Marstall serves as a public venue and houses what is probably the largest event hall on the island of Rügen, with space for up to 600 people at events. The Putbus Marstall is the venue for the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Festival and the Rügen Festival Spring.

Marstall and Schlosspark Putbus have something to offer every summer! Further information and tickets in advance are of course available from the CITY INFORMATION PUTBUS.
